Samodra Berkah Indonesia (“SBI”) was established based on Notarial Deed No. 03 dated 08 February 2021 by Notary Mustopa SH Mkn in Jakarta has received approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights AHU-0009463.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2021 dated 09 February 2021.
With business development, SBI has succeeded in building a fish storage warehouse in Jakarta, East Java and opening a branch in Southeast Sulawesi with existing infrastructure to support the Company's business activities, namely Cold Storage with a capacity of 200 tons, 10 ton Air Blast Freezeer, 1 Fish Processing Unit and SBI plans building an ice factory in Eastern Indonesia with the aim of increasing cooperation with local fishermen.
Currently, SBI's work areas are in several strategic locations in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, East Java (Surabaya, Pacitan and Prigi), Southeast Sulawesi (Kendari), North Maluku (Ternate, Ambon and Bacan).

Our fishery products, including Frozen Whole Tuna and Frozen Pelagic Fish, are processed to international standards to ensure freshness and safety.

We hold certifications from the Earth Island Institute Dolphin-Safe, as well as the Processing Eligibility Certificate and Integrated Quality Management Program (HACCP).

Our facilities are equipped with Cold Storage, Air Blast Freezer, and Fish Processing Units for production efficiency.

We implement environmentally friendly and sustainable fishing practices to protect marine ecosystems.
